lol, they do nothing even when it’s actually foggy out :] So, I just wired them to my DRLs and wham! :]

My 2012 potato cam isn’ too good but the are aimed a little higher and they do light up pretty good. Helps in the Z4 because bro truck blind spots :]

lol understood. Z3 looks soooo good! In the right angle the Z4 looks pretty good, even to the stretch of near-exotic, especially in the mix of the worlds blandness....

..but it’s a extremely rare occasion lol. The Bangleness always seeps through lolz!! I’m not fan of Chris also but at the end of the day, my wife loves her Z4 soooo much :]

Thats cool, mine is on the verge of becoming a Tavarish special. lol.

I took it out last week when we were having a relatively warm 40 degree day, put the roof down, wouldn’t come back up. I just left it parked in my garage, I’m thinking the motor probably kicked the bucket. The roof came down hard on the windshield some time ago, that caused a nice crack on the glass, which will probably need fixing before I go in for an inspection. And finally the warped front left brake disc. Car is back in winter storage mode. for obvious reasons until I sort it out.

Dang dude. I’m dreading any roof issues lol. Anything else is pretty cake (excluding VANOS) It’s supposed to be 70's-80's here the rest of the week. I’d love to drive an ///M like yours. 170HP is just fine, I can’t imagine it with the bigger engine, must be a dream!

The tops really aren’t bad on these, better than the E46 and nothing like the piece of shit folding hardtops on the newer 3 series and Z4, or anything Mercedes-Benz has done in the last 20 years. The only problem I’ve seen on 2 cars is the pump motors died because water got past the half-assed weatherproofing and submerged them. Both of those cars are the two worst Z4s I see, just beat to shit.

oh indeed sir. volante Astons *pukes in mouth* and Volvo C70 hardtop verts are insane when shit goes wrong. We just did a extended warranty claim on one with over $2400 in parts (modules, lines, and pump). But as you said, those cars were also not taken care of at all.

Dude, we just did a 2000 C70 ‘vert that broke both its tonneau cover drives, and the parts alone were over two grand. On a $3,000 car. I told her to get rid of it, but you can’t help some folks. Ridiculous.

This reminded me though, if you do have problems with the hydro stuff at all, there’s an outfit called Top Hydraulics Inc that remans them, up in Oregon.

Its a great car for the most part, regardless of engine. 170hp is enough power to drive a few twisty B roads. Hit me up if you are in the Omaha area, you can drive it anytime.(applies to any opponauts reading). Yeah these are prone to bad roof issues, just need to keep the drain hole clean, and apparently there shouldn’t be any problems. Really crappy design this, its a two man job to fix apparently. Im just waiting for it to get a little warmer before I tackle it.
